Prizegiving and End Of Season Party

Our
Annual General Meeting is to be held in the Clubhouse at
7.30 for 8pm on Saturday 6th December. Your
presence is requested at this most important
meeting of the year where the
future administration of the club is decided and an oportunity for you
to express your ideas on improvements of club facilities and events.
The Agenda will include elections for Commodore, Flag
Officers and Committee, and discussion of the club's finances and
future
plans.
If you have any items you wish for
inclusion in the Agenda would you please forward them to me, Joan Bray, at 21 Manor Drive North, New
Maiden, Surrey, KT3 5PB, not later than Saturday 29th November 2008.
The meeting will followed by our annual Prizegiving
presided over by Richard Cannon and then
it’s on to our End Of Season Party which will include our traditional
mulled wine, homemade mince pies and other tasty titbits.
