It's a kind of Brexit 8th Hog Roast 2019 As PDF

This year the hog came from a British farm not like last year's which came from Belgium. It seems the spirit of Brexit has arrived at Aquarius.

Peter C was working on the bar along with Pimms O'clock Joan who supplied the real strength tipple again at £2 a glass - not the watered down stuff they sell at Hampton Court Flower Show for £8 a pop.

Spit roast chefs Nigel and Mike put the hog on to roast at 9 o'clock in the morning and it was delivered on time with cracking crackling.

Diana C, Brenda and [other names] dished out some sumptuous accompaniments to the pork and provided an array of delicious desserts. A fabulous feast enjoyed by all.

The fantastic Middlesex Yeomanry Clarinet Quartet, which is part of Middlesex Yeomanry Concert Band, played everything from Beatles to Bach - something for everyone to enjoy.
