This annual favourite will be held in the clubhouse
on Sunday 9 December at 12:30 for 13.00hrs
The cost for members will be £9 per head. (Under 12's) £5 per head and will be limited to 36 persons. £10 for guests (max. two per member) up to a maximum of 36 persons overall.
Advanced booking, on a first come, first served basis should be made to Deborah Lea preferably by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 07305 408510, with numbers and names indicating if they would like a vegetarian starter and or/main.
Bookings are required by 2 December with payment at the club on the day of the lunch. But remember, if you book and don't show up, you will still be subsequently charged.
The menu will be:-
Starter: Pate with crusty bread/mini rolls and butter (water jugs with lemon, crackers and party poppers).
Or: Eggs mayonnaise (v) + extras (as above)
Rotisserie chicken, stuffing ball, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Or: Vegetarian option.
Dessert: Christmas pudding or mince pie with brandy sauce.
Cheese: Selection of cheeses with crackers, butter, grapes and chutney.
Coffee/tea and chocolate mints
Traditionally there will also be after lunch activities including a quiz, and of course, the dreaded Jenga Tumbling Tower game.
