The previous day the full length of the river had red board strong stream increasing warnings so the Easter Egg Trophy was cancelled/postponed; the current was 2 knots and there was no wind.

The river level was high so Nigel and Bryan took the opportunity to lift the Tern patrol boat partially out of the water and clean it with a jet wash; it was in better condition than they expected. 20 members were at AQSC for Pat Irving's burger lunch and Deborah Lea's home made cakes.
