Aquarius Sailing Club Domain Name |

With the wider spread use of the Internet it was decided that AQSC should have its own domain name. After reviewing the names of other sailing clubs sailaquarius was selected as being a good descriptive name and .org.uk is intend for clubs etc. |

One advantage of this is that we can have many E-mail addresses that redirect to the appropriate persons so committee posts have been allocated E-mail addresses. The following is the current list of valid E-mail addresses; they all end in @sailaquarius.org.uk |

If any one has been thinking of registering a personal domain name it is very cheap and easy. We used oneandone.co.uk and the cost was around £7 for two years with instant registration giving redirection for a web site and up to 50 E-mail addresses. The ending .me.uk is intended for personal use and my preferred personal E-mail address is richard@cannonr.me.uk. |
